Fees:
   
    Arbitration and Fact-Finding: $900.00 for each day (includes travel, study, writing) 
       Mediation and Facilitation: $150.00 for each hour (includes preparation, travel and contact time)
       Cancellation: Once scheduled, for each day: one day’s fee if notice is received fewer than seven
             calendar days prior to hearing; one-half of one day’s fee if notice of seven days or more is given 
       Postponement: No charge for first occasion provided matter is rescheduled and notice of postponement
             is received at least seven calendar days prior to scheduled date; otherwise same as cancellation
       Expenses:  Reimbursement of actual costs (e.g. travel, secretarial, telephone, postage). Mileage
             billed at IRS rates. Travel is billed as originating from office nearest site where service is provided.
